The Chief of the Armenian Police,  Colonel Armen Ghukasyan stated this at a press conference, commenting  on media publications on cooperation between Armenian and Georgian  law enforcement agencies on a certain secret list of people with  criminal backgrounds moreover, this document allegedly became the  basis for restrictions and prohibition of these people to free  movement across the border.
