A meeting of the foreign ministers of  Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Romania, related to the Caspian  Sea - Black Sea transport corridor project will be held on March 4 in  Bucharest. For the first time, foreign ministers from 4 countries  will meet in a similar format.  Earlier, in October last year, a  meeting on the Caspian Sea - Black Sea international transport  corridor (ITC) of experts from 4 countries was held in Ashgabat.

The Chief of the Armenian Police,  Colonel Armen Ghukasyan stated this at a press conference, commenting  on media publications on cooperation between Armenian and Georgian  law enforcement agencies on a certain secret list of people with  criminal backgrounds moreover, this document allegedly became the  basis for restrictions and prohibition of these people to free  movement across the border.
